Refund Policy

1. Principle

Payments on KingOfWebs are charges for advertising placement (King / challenger visibility and related brand promotion). Because the service is digital advertising delivered upon successful payment, fees are generally non-refundable.

2. No refund in ordinary cases

Without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction, refunds are not provided when:

• You change your mind after a successful payment.
• Another brand later takes the throne by paying a higher amount.
• You are unhappy with traffic, clicks, leads, or sales results.
• Your advertisement is paused or removed for violating Advertising Rules after you submitted non-compliant content.

3. Limited exceptions

We may issue a refund or credit only in limited cases such as a confirmed duplicate charge, a verified payment-provider error where no advertising position was granted, or where mandatory law requires a remedy. Each case is reviewed individually with payment records.

4. How to request a review

Contact us with your account email, payment reference, throne name, and a short explanation. We respond through the Contact channels published on the site.

5. Chargebacks

Filing an unjustified chargeback after receiving advertising placement may lead to account suspension and collection of evidence for the payment provider. Contact us first so we can investigate.
